BRICE R. TOOLE
Founder, CEO
Brice is a combat veteran of the US Army Infantry. After the military he pursued a career on Wall Street as a registered broker and wholesaler, helping financial professionals solve the complex needs of their clients.
Ultimately, Brice partnered with Donna McNeal to build a business with the objective of being the most dependable, organized and professional Environmental Consulting group in Middle Tennessee.
Brice is a certified AHERA Building Inspector, Asbestos Project Monitor, and EPA Lead Inspector.
He holds a Bachelors degree in Finance from Pace University in New York City.
DONNA J. McNEAL
Founding Partner, Environmental Professional
Donna has over 30 years of experience in the industrial hygiene, environmental chemistry and environmental compliance field as the owner of multiple successful environmental businesses.
Donna is a certified AHERA Building Inspector, Project Designer, Management Planner, EPA Lead Inspector and Lead Risk Health Inspector. Donna has provided AHERA, Asbestos Abatement and Mold training over the past several years.
She holds a M.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of Washington and has specialized training in asbestos and mold identification.
